SR2Food food distribution software is designed to run in any Microsoft Windows Operating system environment. There is no need for you to purchase or upgrade to expensive servers to run our software. SR2Food will run right on your desktop PC continuing our commitment to being the lowest cost solution on the market today. Core System

30 Second Sales Order Entry or Purchase Order Entry

Enter an order into SR2Food Sales Order or Purchase Order screens in less than 30 seconds using our hands-on keyboard entry method. No having to move between the keyboard and the mouse over and over.

Enhanced by our Rapid-Intelligent search you can bring up Customers, Vendors or Items fast. All you have to do is key one or more partial Customer, Vendor or Item Names to get a quick hit on the Customer, Vendor or Item you are seeking.

Even more powerful is our Order History guide which allows you to order from the past buying history of the Customer or your buying history from your Vendors. Complete with editing capabilities so you can add or remove items in a customer order history guide.

Catch Weight entry

Catch the weight of items before your shipments go out the door, recording all the accurate weights of each item sold and showing it on the customer invoice.

Buy Sheets

For small distributors, once your Sales Orders are entered you can generate a buy sheet showing you what is needed to fill the orders. Sort by Category, Vendor or Items. Factor in existing inventory so you don’t buy what you already have. Create and edit a worksheet of the orders and then automatically create Purchase Orders.

Customers

Complete customer capabilities, including primary price level, multiple ship to, multiple contacts, payment terms, credit information, default truck routes and call times. You can also give a customer a special price on a category of products or on one or more items.

Items & Locations
